District 15 is the best place in Texas to live and work, and we need new leadership to continue supporting the needs of all citizens into the future.
We welcome you to join us in making an impact with our campaign. Your support will help us make lasting change for House District 15 and the State of Texas.
Skeeter believes in prioritizing the safety and security of our Texas communities. He will work tirelessly to secure our borders, enforce immigration laws, and put an end to the border crisis. With his boots-on-the-ground understanding of the impact of illegal immigration, Skeeter is ready to lead the fight to repel the invasion on the Southern border.
Skeeter will bring a fiscally conservative approach to Austin and work tirelessly to keep our taxes low. Texas families and small business owners deserve relief from the burden of skyrocketing property taxes. Skeeter will advocate for policies that provide significant and permanent property tax reductions, ensuring that hardworking Texans can keep more of their hard-earned money.
Skeeter is committed to restoring faith in our government by tackling corruption head-on. He will prioritize transparency, accountability, and integrity in every decision he makes. Skeeter will ensure corruption laws are strengthened in Texas, so that we can rid Texas of public servants that seek to profit off their position. With Skeeter in office, corruption in government will be snuffed out.
Small businesses are America's economic backbone. As a 10-year former business owner, Skeeter will fight for policies that benefit small business and work to combat the threat of regulatory red tape that makes it difficult for business owners to operate. In recent years, the spotlight on the business community in our district has been dim, and Skeeter intends to turn the spotlight back on to rev up the economic engine in our community. I will also work to create opportunities for more businesses to move into our district.
One of the first questions many families moving into District 15 ask is, "How are the schools?" We have one of the best ISDs in Texas, along with fantastic private and charter schools, and the 2nd largest community college in the state.
Skeeter has served as a Conroe ISD School Board Trustee since
2014 and will fulfill his current term as President of the Board in 2024.
Skeeter fully supports school choice and the rights of parents to determine which type of education is best for their own children – public, private, charter, parochial, or home school.
As your Texas House District 15 Representative, Skeeter will continue to boldly advocate for our schools, educators, and students.
We deserve a Texas State Representative who respects all citizens and boldly advocates for legislation that matters to us.

"I fully endorse Skeeter Hubert for State Representative District 15. Skeeter understands the dynamics of our district and will support the needs of all the citizens of the district. I'm the mayor of a small city in District 15. Our requirements and needs are not unlike other small rural cities, or small cities within metropolitan areas. It is imperative to have someone like Skeeter that is willing to communicate with city officials and understand issues facing a small city like ours. With communication and understanding comes the ability to combat these issues in Austin, as well as the needs and concerns of the rest of the district."

Former Shenandoah Mayor
"Which is best? Is it someone that hasn’t shown any leadership qualities in 8 years, has flip flopped on over 100 votes of important house bills and spends more time getting endorsements in Austin than he does working with the people he represents?
No, I have chosen to put a personal term limit on Mr. Toth and support Skeeter Hubert. From the border crisis, permanent property tax relief, and economic development, to education, school choice and government transparency, Skeeter Hubert has the forward-looking vision and leadership ability to best represent all of the people in District 15. I encourage all like-minded people to support and VOTE for Skeeter Hubert."
